As a fully qualified and accredited personal trainer with a wealth of experience. I completed my training with YMCAfit one of the UK's leading providers of personal training courses. I firmly believe in the positive benefits that fitness can bring to all areas of our lives regardless of age. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I wrote and published my first book; How 2 Get Fit 4 Later Life (Currently updating for the second edition), an exercise and nutrition guide for people aged 60 and above, to date, I've sold nearly 1,500 copies, granted not enough to make the New York Times Best Seller List, but no less rewarding! I also wrote and published my first cookbook; How 2 Go Vegan 4 Weight Loss, the first in a series of four exploring different dietary options whether you are looking to lose weight or gain lean muscle.
